The Mother’s Day posts from Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif were particularly touching. You might wonder why. They do, however, include photos from their wedding celebrations (especially the post shared by the Raazi actor). Katrina Kaif shared a photo of herself and her mother Suzanne Turquotte standing in a lovely green setting on Instagram. Katrina also uploaded a photo of herself with Veena Kaushal, her mother-in-law. Vicky Kaushal, Katrina’s husband, is also in the photo. “Mother’s Day,” she simply wrote, along with a blue love emoji. Vicky Kaushal, on the other hand, uploaded photos with his mother Veena, including one from his baraat. The other was taken during the wedding reception. The actor also uploaded a photo of him and Katrina with his mother-in-law Suzanne Turquotte.
After dating for two years, Katrina Kaif married Vicky Kaushal on December 9. In Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, they staged a large wedding celebration. They held a discreet wedding with only close family and friends from the film business in attendance. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif made their romance official on Instagram by releasing photos from their big, massive Indian wedding, with the caption: “We are filled with love and appreciation for everything that has led us to this point. As we embark on this new adventure together, I ask for all of your love and blessings.”
Katrina Kaif most recently appeared in Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Sooryavanshi, with Akshay Kumar. She will also act alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter in the film Phone Bhoot. In addition, she will appear in Jee Le Zaraa alongside Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt. Farhan Akhtar will helm the film, which will be penned by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.
Vicky Kaushal is best known for his role in the highly acclaimed film Sardar Udham Singh. Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw’s biopic, starring Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh, is his next movie. The actor has also signed a new project with Uri filmmaker Aditya Dhar, in which he would reprise his role as Ashwatthama from the Mahabharata.
