While everyone poured in love and condolence for the actor’s family and remembered the actor’s sweet gestures. Star Rahil Azam also had something to share on the actor’s tragic demise. Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na marked Sidharth’s TV debut in 2008. Rahil played Shubh Ranawat on the show, and Sidharth his brother. Rahil remembered Sidharth as a confident, outspoken, and genuine guy.
As per reported in ETimes TV, Rahil said, “Babul was Sidharth’s first show and we shared the same frame. He was very confident, outspoken and genuine. And he continued to be like that always. Stardom never went to his head. I had high respect for him because of the way he loved and respected his mother. I spoke to him just last week and we were going to meet at his home. We hadn’t caught up in a long time and it felt like old times whenever we spoke. But, destiny had other plans.”
“I am completely speechless. May the Almighty give strength and patience to his mother and sisters. I never imagined that I would have to say this for Sidharth, but with a heavy heart I say May your soul rest in peace my friend,” he added.
Actress Jasmin Bhasin, who worked with Sidharth on Dil Se Dil Tak, also was shocked. She, along with Aly Goni, reached the late actor’s residence straight from the airport last night. In conversation with ETimes TV, she said she was shocked beyond belief. “I am shocked beyond belief. He was a friend and a co-star. Be it Dil Se Dil Tak or Bigg Boss we spent a lot of time together. I am left thinking, is this life? Here today, gone tomorrow; I request everyone should live in the present. There is no tomorrow. All planning, ambitions fail. One precious life you have and you must make the most of it today.”
