Sanya Malhotra all set to be seen in Sam Bahadur, also starring Vicky Kaushal and Fatima Sana Shaikh

After giving massive blockbusters like Dangal, Badhaai Ho and Ludo, Sanya Malhotra is all set to treat her fans with another movie named Sam Bahadur.

As per Pinkvilla, the Pagglait actress has been approached by the makers to play a role in the biographical film. According to the report, the actor has been offered a pivotal role and she has shown a good amount of interest in her part. Though there is no official announcement makers are now in the advanced stages of confirming the deal with Sanya.

The movie will also star Vicky Kaushal, Fatima Shaikh noting that this will be her third movie with Fatima Shaikh.

Vicky Kaushal was roped in to play the role as he unveiled the look of Sam Manekshaw in 2019. Taking to his Twitter, he announced the forthcoming movie by saying, ”The swashbuckling general & the first Field Marshal of India- SAM MANEKSHAW. I feel honoured & proud of getting a chance to unfold his journey on-screen. Remembering him on his death anniversary & embracing the new beginnings with @meghnagulzar and @RonnieScrewvala.”

The movie will be helmed by Meghna Gulzar and will go on floors next year.

Sanya Malhotra,29, will be seen in Love Hostel opposite Vikrant Massey.
