Environmental Engineering Firm WOG Technologies Moves Toward IPO

Environmental engineering firm WOG Technologies Limited has submitted draft IPO papers to market regulator SEBI, outlining plans to raise funds through a mix of fresh issue and offer for sale.

The proposed issue includes a fresh equity issuance aggregating up to ₹375 crore along with an offer for sale of up to 4.33 million equity shares by existing shareholders. The company plans to list its shares on both the BSE and NSE.

As detailed in the DRHP, proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised primarily to meet working capital requirements of around ₹220 crore, acquire an additional 50% stake in Bell Cooling Towers Private Limited for ₹45 crore, and for general corporate purposes.

The company provides end-to-end environmental infrastructure services, including the design, engineering, procurement, installation, and operation of wastewater and effluent treatment systems, along with post-commissioning O&M services.
