Atlanta Electricals Reports 80% Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26; Order Book at ₹2,451 Crore

Anand (Gujarat), January 19, 2026: Atlanta Electricals Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, reporting strong growth across revenue, profitability and order inflows.

Revenue from operations rose 79.7% year-on-year to ₹472 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with ₹263 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue increased 32.6% to ₹1,104 crore. EBITDA for the quarter surged 119.6% year-on-year to ₹91 crore, with margins expanding to 19.4% from 15.8%. PAT nearly doubled to ₹43 crore in Q3 FY26, while nine-month PAT stood at ₹100 crore.

The company’s consolidated order book reached a record ₹2,451 crore as of December 2025, with order intake of ₹796 crore during Q3 FY26. Major wins included a ₹298 crore order from GETCO for 25 high-capacity transformers and a ₹134 crore order from Adani Green Energy Limited for inverter duty transformers.

The Vadod facility contributed around one-third of quarterly revenue. Atlanta Trafo commenced operations during the quarter, and the company expanded its NABL-accredited testing laboratories to seven.
