IGBC Awards Platinum Certification to Avante Spaces’ One Avante Development in Pune
Avante Spaces Limited, part of the Kirloskar Group, has secured IGBC Platinum Certification for its flagship real estate project ‘One Avante’ in Kothrud, Pune. The Platinum rating is the highest certification level awarded by the India Green Building Council.
The One Avante development, currently housing multiple Kirloskar Group companies, has been acknowledged for its sustainable design approach and environmentally responsible workplace infrastructure. The recognition highlights Avante Spaces’ focus on operational efficiency, environmental stewardship and future-oriented building practices.
As part of the certification process, IGBC evaluated the project across five environmental categories: Site Selection and Planning, Water Conservation, Energy Conservation, Material Conservation, and Indoor Environmental Quality and Occupational Health, in addition to Innovation in Design.
Sustainability has been a core consideration throughout the lifecycle of the project. One Avante incorporates energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, optimal daylight utilisation, advanced water-saving measures and an integrated waste management framework aimed at recycling and resource efficiency. These features contribute to reduced environmental footprint and improved indoor environments for occupants.

The certification establishes One Avante as Avante Spaces’ first IGBC-certified development and sets the sustainability benchmark for its upcoming projects.
