ABHFL Opens 30th Maharashtra Branch in Pune, Launches Zero Fee Home Loan Offer
Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) has strengthened its presence in Maharashtra with the opening of a new branch in Katraj, Pune, increasing its total branch network in the state to 30.
The expansion is aimed at tapping into rising housing demand in Katraj, a rapidly developing residential hub benefiting from strong connectivity and increasing urbanisation. The location has seen growing interest from first-time homebuyers and working professionals.
The branch will provide a wide range of housing finance solutions, including affordable housing, prime housing, construction finance, and loans against property, catering to multiple customer segments.
ABHFL’s digital capabilities are expected to play a key role in enhancing service delivery, enabling seamless onboarding, faster approvals, and improved transparency.
As part of a limited-period launch offer, the company is providing zero login fees and spot loan sanctions up to ₹50 lakh, valid until May 31, 2026.
