Air India boosts Vietnam connectivity with new Hanoi route
Strengthening India–Vietnam connectivity, Air India has introduced a five-times weekly non-stop service between Delhi and Hanoi.
The new route complements the airline’s existing daily flights to Ho Chi Minh City, enabling flexible “open-jaw” travel itineraries—allowing passengers to arrive in Hanoi and depart from Ho Chi Minh City, or vice versa.
Operated by A320neo aircraft, the service offers a three-class cabin configuration aimed at both leisure and business travellers.
Nipun Aggarwal said, “Vietnam has rapidly evolved into a high-potential market for Indian travellers, supported by strong leisure demand, growing business exchanges and rising interest in multi-city holidays. With Hanoi joining our network alongside Ho Chi Minh City, we are creating more choice, greater convenience and stronger connectivity between the two countries as well as enabling traffic between Europe and Vietnam.”
