Tata Power reports all-time high FY26 PAT of ₹5,118 crore; Q4 PAT rises 8%
Tata Power on Tuesday reported an all-time high consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of ₹5,118 crore for FY2025-26, registering a 7% year-on-year increase, while Q4 FY26 PAT rose 8% to ₹1,416 crore.
The company’s revenue for FY26 stood at ₹63,681 crore, while EBITDA increased 11% year-on-year to ₹16,090 crore.
For the January-March quarter, revenue stood at ₹15,962 crore and EBITDA rose 10% to ₹4,216 crore.
The company said strong operational efficiency, renewable energy execution, solar manufacturing ramp-up and improvements in Odisha DISCOMs contributed to performance during the quarter and financial year.

The company’s board recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26, compared to ₹2.25 per share in FY25.
Tata Power said its renewable energy portfolio now stands at 11.6 GW, including 5.1 GW under construction. During FY26, the company commissioned 2.5 GW of renewable capacity.
The company also said its rooftop solar business crossed 3.7 lakh installations with cumulative installed capacity exceeding 4.8 GWp.
