Liger First Glimpse: Vijay Deverakonda transforms into an MMA champion, watch

Vijay Deverakonda is good to go to take control over the MMA ring in the Karan Johar backed ‘Liger’.

As promised, the actor released the first look of the film that provided fans with a sample of all the action that is set to unfold in theatres in August 2022. “Glimpse. That is it,” he wrote as he shared the video on his social media handles.

Director Karan Johar also added, “This is just the beginning, we’ll see you in cinemas on 25th August 2022!”

Team ‘Liger’ reported on Wednesday that they will get fans a first look at the film on New Year’s Eve. As promised, the actor released the teaser that gives us the looks at the action and drama set to unfold.  “Introducing the boy from India… The slumdog from the streets of Mumbai… The chaiwala… Liger…” says the commentator while Vijay takes his place in the centre of the ring.

Mike Tyson and Ananya Panday, who likewise  plays leading roles in the film, were seemingly left out of the teaser.
