Atomberg Technologies Files DRHP for IPO, Proposes ₹450 Crore Fresh Issue
Atomberg Technologies Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for its proposed initial public offering (IPO), comprising a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of 7,65,42,051 equity shares.
The company said it plans to use ₹90 crore of the net proceeds to repay or prepay certain borrowings, ₹150 crore towards brand awareness and performance marketing activities and ₹100 crore towards research and development. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Founded by Manoj Meena in 2012 and joined by co-founder Sibabrata Das in 2013, Atomberg operates in the consumer appliances segment, with products including ceiling fans, mixer grinders, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers. It also supplies proprietary components such as motors and controllers to companies including Voltas, Godrej and BlueStar.
Atomberg reported revenue from operations of ₹1,293.77 crore in FY2026, compared with ₹959.51 crore in FY2025 and ₹796.98 crore in FY2024. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹37.12 crore in FY2026, against a loss of ₹51.35 crore in FY2025.
The company operates two manufacturing facilities in Pune and has a network of approximately 626 distributors and direct dealers and 46,932 retail touchpoints across around 1,600 cities and towns.
ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital and IIFL Capital Services are the bankers to the issue.
