Axis Bank Opens Entries for Its Annual Art and Literature Contest for Children
Axis Bank has opened registrations for SPLASH 2025, the latest edition of its nationwide art, craft and literature competition for children aged 7 to 14. The contest, now in its 13th year, invites entries around the theme “Dreams”, with submissions accepted online and through on-ground events across selected branches, schools and residential societies.
Children can participate in two categories based on age: A Day in My Dream Life (7–10 years) and The Future as I Dream It (11–14 years). Entries can be submitted on the official portal until December 31, 2025.
Axis Bank expects to engage over 11 lakh participants this year. A jury of more than 100 experts—including Amar Chitra Katha’s Group Art Director Savio Mascarenhas, Ryan International Group’s Dr. Snehal Pinto, and The Art Society of India’s Deepak Patil—will evaluate the submissions.
The top six winners will receive ₹1 lakh each, while six runners-up will get ₹50,000 each. All 12 will also be invited to an art and craft workshop at Tashkeel, Dubai, and their work will be displayed at the Museum of Art and Photography (MAP), Bengaluru. The top 400 qualifiers will receive vouchers and goodies from partner brands such as Ixigo and American Tourister.
To accompany the theme, Axis Bank has introduced an AI Dream Generator, a tool designed to help children visualise their ideas in art, craft or literature formats.
The previous edition of SPLASH saw more than 9 lakh entries from across India and participation from over 3,300 schools, earning awards at the E4M Indian Digital Marketing Awards and ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards.
