Bharat Forge, VVDN Technologies Sign MoU to Explore Collaboration in Automotive, Defence and AI Domains
Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across automotive, defence, AI and data centre sectors.
Under the MoU, the two companies intend to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies, including AI server platforms, autonomous systems and advanced manufacturing applications. The collaboration aims to combine VVDN’s expertise in electronics design, software, system integration and manufacturing with Bharat Forge’s strengths in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing.
The partnership is positioned to support innovation in automotive, defence and data centre ecosystems, particularly amid rapid advancements in generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing.
