Couple Virushka get congratulated by celebrities as they welcome their baby girl

Bollywood actors Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli recently took to social media to announce the birth of their baby girl. Virat posted a statement, saying, “We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers, and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat.”

Ever since then, social media has been flooded with best wishes and congratulatory messages for them.

Actor Angad Bedi, on Twitter, wished the couple and wrote, “Many congratulations to the parents @AnushkaSharma @imVkohli ghar aai lakshmi.”

The official handle of Lord’s Cricket Ground tweeted, “Many congratulations to you both, Virat. #LoveLords.”

Saina Nehwal, too, wished the actors on Twitter, “Congratulations, both of you.”

Filmmaker Manish Sharma, Golf champion Arjun Bhati, cricketer Irfan Pathan and actor Nakuul Mehta, among many others, have also congratulated Virat and Anushka.

Actors Neha Dhupia and Vivek Oberoi have shared warm wishes for the couple and their newborn.
