DeepTech Training Centre Launched in Navi Mumbai to Skill Underserved Youth
Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare and DBS Bank India have launched a new DeepTech Training Centre in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, aimed at equipping underserved youth with industry-relevant digital skills.
The centre is part of a three-year programme to train 2,400 individuals across four cities. The initiative is designed to improve employability, with placements targeted at 70% or higher and salaries expected in the range of ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month.
The curriculum includes non-programming digital technologies, soft skills, communication and career readiness. Training is supported by AI-enabled tools and a blended learning approach, while Mettl conducts independent assessments.
Representatives from Anudip Foundation and DBS Bank India addressed students at the inauguration, reinforcing the programme’s focus on digital inclusion and workforce readiness.
