Ensono Announces US$250 Million AI Investment, Sets Up New AI & Innovation Division
Ensono, the Illinois-based managed services provider, has unveiled a major push into artificial intelligence with a US$250 million (₹2,207 crore) investment planned over the next five years. Alongside this, the company has launched a dedicated AI & Innovation Division, strengthening its long-term AI roadmap and accelerating its shift toward predictive, automated IT operations.
The newly formed division will bring together experts in engineering, data science, software development, and business analysis to drive advanced AI-powered solutions for clients globally.
“AI is now the engine powering everything we do at Ensono,” said Jim Piazza, Chief AI Officer. “This investment reinforces our commitment to building solutions that enhance efficiency, enable innovation, and improve everyday human experiences.”
Predictive AI Tools Already Cutting Incidents
Ensono highlighted strong early results from its current AI systems:
-
Envision Predictive Engine (EPE) has led to a 22% drop in major incidents and a 50% reduction in resolution time.
-
DiagnoseNow, the company’s AI-enabled troubleshooting tool, helps resolve incidents in less than half the normal time.
These tools have already prevented serious disruptions for clients, including catching a major system issue for a global automotive manufacturer before it impacted operations.
AI for Workforce Productivity
Ensono has also developed EnsoAI, a secure platform powered by multiple large language models. The tool helps employees automate tasks, generate content, and collaborate more efficiently. A new upgrade now allows associates to create custom AI agents and share prompt libraries across teams.
Snowflake Partnership Strengthens Data Backbone
The company’s AI strategy is supported by a growing collaboration with Snowflake, which helps Ensono centralize terabytes of operational data in a secure, governed environment. This unified data foundation powers EPE, DiagnoseNow, and future AI innovations.
“With this new division, Ensono can accelerate delivery of AI-driven projects on Snowflake and unlock more value for customers,” said Abhi Saini, Manager of Product Management at Snowflake.
