Finolex Industries Appoints New MD and Technical Director After Senior Leadership Retirement

Finolex Industries Limited has undertaken a leadership restructuring with the appointment of Mr. Udipt Agarwal as Managing Director from November 1, 2025, and Mr. Rambabu Sanka as Director – Technical, effective August 2, 2025. The changes come following the retirement of Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar and Mr. Saumya Chakrabarti.

Mr. Agarwal brings 30+ years of global sectoral experience in chemicals and specialty materials, with expertise across operations and market development. Mr. Sanka adds nearly four decades of technical strength in chemical manufacturing and PVC processes.

Executive Chairman Prakash P. Chhabria welcomed the leaders, noting their aligned vision and capabilities to advance Finolex’s long-term strategic goals of innovation, operational efficiency and future readiness.
