Hollywood actor Gal Gadot was seen paying tribute to Balkis Bano, who was the face of months-long Anti-CAA protests, on her Instagram. The series of pictures shared were to acknowledge young girls and women who had inspired Gadot.
Sharing photos of her ‘personal Wonder Women’, Gadot wrote, “Saying farewell to 2020, with all my love to #MyPersonalWonderWomen Some are those closest to me – my family, my friends – some are inspiring women I’ve loved discovering, and some are exceptional women I hope to meet in the future. Together, we can do wonders! Share your own wonder women with me”

The 35-year-old Wonder Woman actor also shared the same photograph of Balkis Bano on her Instagram Story with the caption, “The 82-year-old activist fighting for women’s equality in India showed me it’s never too late to fight for what you believe in.”
The actor was heavily trolled on social media, after which she deleted her Instagram Story.
