Godrej Vikhroli Cucina Unveils India-Centric Take on ‘Jingle Bells’
Godrej Vikhroli Cucina has unveiled “Jingle Bells Unwrapped”, a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic Christmas song, capturing how the festival is experienced by many Indian households today.
The track has been produced with vocal ensemble Voctronica and features Godrej Yummmiez along with chefs Amrita Raichand and Ajay Chopra. The song reworks familiar lyrics to reflect celebrations shaped by urban lifestyles, where friends, flatmates and colleagues often replace extended family gatherings.
The company said the initiative acknowledges how traditional depictions of Christmas—characterised by snow, large homes and elaborate feasts—do not always align with lived realities in India. Instead, the track focuses on small comforts, shared food and moments of connection across physical and digital spaces.
Speaking about the Campaign, Sujit Patil, Chief Communication Officer, Godrej Industries Group said, “Vikhroli Cucina, our owned media platform for food lovers has come a long way in creating engaging content and spark healthy narratives. Festivals today are as much about mindful choices as they are about memorable moments. With our Christmas jingle for Yummiez, we wanted to celebrate the growing shift towards smarter, protein-rich snacking without losing any of the fun, spontaneity or togetherness that make this season special. A quick, tasty snack can turn a rushed day into an evening of laughter around the table, and that is the spirit we have tried to capture. In line with our value of creating delight, we see Yummiez as a simple way to bring families and friends closer, one delicious bite at a time and we wish all a Christmas that is joyful and a little healthier.”
Sujit Patil, Chief Communication Officer, Godrej Industries Group, said the campaign aims to encourage mindful festive choices while retaining the joy and warmth associated with the season. The track also integrates Godrej Yummmiez as a quick and accessible food option during busy festive schedules.
The release reinforces the idea that Christmas celebrations can be personal, flexible and rooted in everyday experiences rather than fixed traditions.
