Hy-Tech Engineers IPO to Open on August 24; Price Band Set at ₹50-53
Hy-Tech Engineers Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on Monday, August 24, 2026. The IPO will close on Thursday, August 27, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding will take place on Friday, August 21, 2026.
The price band has been fixed at ₹50-53 per equity share, with each share having a face value of ₹5. Investors can bid for a minimum of 283 equity shares and in multiples of 283 thereafter.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹600 million (₹60 crore) and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,42,89,450 equity shares by existing shareholders. The OFS includes up to 89,80,961 shares offered by Hemant Tukaram Mondkar and up to 53,08,489 shares by Surekha Hemant Mondkar.
Hy-Tech Engineers is engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of hydraulic fittings for various industrial applications. The company operates on a B2B model, serving original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other industrial customers in domestic and international markets.
The company has more than four decades of operational experience and operates six manufacturing facilities in India across Thane, Shirwal and Kavathe in Maharashtra, Nashik and two facilities in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
As of March 31, 2026, the company’s portfolio comprised more than 11,000 SKUs of hydraulic fittings. Its international markets include the USA, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, UAE, Thailand and Germany.
For FY26, the company reported revenue of ₹189.40 crore, EBITDA of ₹41.68 crore and profit after tax (PAT) of ₹22.59 crore.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, with NSE serving as the designated stock exchange. New Berry Capitals Limited is the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
