Mallika Sherawat denies the rumours of sharing screen-space with Arbaaz Khan; Says “I have a film with Rajat Kapoor and not with Arbaaz”

Earlier this year there were speculations that the Murder actress Mallika Sherawat is all set to share screen space with actor Arbaaz Khan for a horror film. Arbaaz Khan too had announced that he has joined the cast of the horror film Rosie: The Saffron Chapter. It was also reported that Mallika Sherawat has also been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film. However, when asked the actress regarding the film, she denied it and called it a rumour. She said, “No, It’s Not True, It’s Just A Rumour. I have a film with Rajat Kapoor and not with Arbaaz.”

The teaser which Arbaaz shared on Twitter in March read, “Glad to join the cast of #RosieTheSaffronChapter as a cop, along with @palaktiwarii @mallikasherawat. The final shoot schedule starts soon. Teaser out now! Directed by very talented @mishravishal. Music on @tipsofficial. @d_reshabh #PrernaVArora @IKussum @girishjohar @KSeraSera_Ltd

The movie was supposed to be directed by Vishal Mishra and would have also marked the debut of Shweta Tiwari’s daughter Palak Tiwari. As per reports, Rosie: The Saffron Chapter is a horror film that is based on true events. It is a story about a BPO employee named Rosie who goes missing suddenly.

The Welcome actress is recently seen in web series named Nakaab which is streaming on MX Player. The series also features Gautam Rode and Esha Gupta. Before this, she was last seen in the 2019 web series ‘Booo Sabki Phategi’, which also featured Tusshar Kapoor.
