Nawazuddin Siddiqui reveals that he was not paid he was not paid his fee, ₹2500 for a role he played in school

Struggling for becoming the finest version of himself is all about the story of Nawazuddin Siddiqui. During his recent interview with bollywood bubble, the actor came up with his life incident which he faced in his initial days of struggle where he wasn’t paid for his work. The actor who played brief role as a waiter in the 1999 film shool, starring Raveena Tandon and Manoj Bajpayee, said “I needed money, I was not able to survive at that time. I was doing it all for survival. Like in Shool I had done the tool of a waiter. Raveena Tandon and Manoj Bajpai were sitting at the table and I came to take their order. That was it. They said I would be given ₹2500 which I did not get to date. There are many like that, but I remember Shool very well it is part of the job. “

 

Nawazuddin, an brilliant alumnus of the National School of Drama, added, “But I remember this because I went to the office for 6-7 months for ₹2500. I didn’t get those, but yes i used to get food. What I did smartly later was that I used to reach at lunchtime at their office. So looking at my condition they used to ask ,’khana khayega?,paise to nahi milenge but khana khake aaja.’ So like that I ate food for 1 and half month so my money was paid that way.”

 

The actor, who had appeared in films like Sarfarosh New York, Munna bhai M.B.B.S. among other , told Bollywood bubble,”Aise bohot saari films hai. Bohot saari films Toh mein batata bhi nahi kisiko but mein hoon. “

 

The dignified actor did his best and came up with all the wonderful films and rocked his path with so many flying colours of dedication and determination.
