NMMC Awards ₹260.09 Crore Super Specialty Hospital Contract to Vascon Engineers

Vascon Engineers Ltd. has been awarded a ₹260.09 crore EPC contract by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital in CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The hospital project, located at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, will be executed over a 36-month timeline and will feature advanced healthcare infrastructure along with integrated MEP systems. The contract has been awarded through a Letter of Acceptance issued by NMMC.

With this addition, Vascon’s total order book stands at ₹2,800 crore, providing strong revenue visibility. The company currently delivers around 8 million square feet annually, operating at 90% capacity utilisation, supported by an in-house engineering and execution team of more than 800 professionals.
