Randhir Kapoor: I don’t know why people are taking such liberties with Alia-Ranbir

Closely guarded celeb weddings and media’s relentless effort to reveal its details, appears to have become an everyday chore in Bollywood. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are on the radar of late. Like most couples, the two haven’t evaded the shaadi question per se.

In their respective individual interviews, the two have been open about their plans to get hitched. The big question is, when. The latest buzz being the couple having decided to get hitched like Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh in the RK family house in April. The month was speculated last year as well, the venue happens to be a revelation. The parents have been tight lipped about the wedding and aren’t keen on dismissing or acknowledging any speculative reports.

Ranbir’s uncle Randhir Kapoor who has always been honest and outspoken, a trademark Kapoor trait, told BT, “I don’t know why people take such liberties with Alia and Ranbir. They are to get married in the RK house? I have heard no such thing. Not that I am aware of.”
