Popular Indian actor and model, Sidharth Shukla, breathed his last on Thursday morning, September 2, after he passed away due to massive heart attack at the age of 40.
The ‘Bigg Boss 13’ fame was rushed to Cooper hospital after he complained of chest pain and fell unconscious, only to be declared dead on arrival.
Ever since the news of the actor’s sudden and untimely demise broke out, not only his friends and family, but also his fans, well-wishers, costars and popular celeb faces have expressed their shock and mourned this grief, sending in condolences and paying their tributes to the late actor and his survived family, of his mother and two elder sisters.
Sidharth’s hit show ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ also starring Rashami Desai and Jasmin Bhasin won millions of hearts, and director Ashish Srivastav discussed the late actor, as reported by ETimes TV, calling him a ‘happy-go-lucky guy and a very professional person, saying, “I had set up the show Dil Se Dil Tak, and found him to be a very happy-go-lucky guy. He was a mast maula. As an actor, he would read his lines and come on set and would like to discuss before shoot which you rarely find actors doing today. I don’t know about others, my discussions with him were healthy. He was very confident whatever discussion happened.”
Ashish further added, “Sidharth thoroughly knew his job and delivered it to the ‘T’. It was very logical he never troubled me and whatever it is the actor needs to know about the role if he reacted to somebody’s behaviour is a different story when you know what you are doing and there are very few actors who work like that today.”
Meanwhile, Sidharth’s ‘Balika Vadhu’ costar, Avika Gor, who was seen in the role of chotti Anandi, shared, “I’m extremely shocked and have no words after hearing this news. It’s just so unbelievable. He was kind and an amazing soul. Though I haven’t met him too many times, he was sweet and a pure hearted gentleman. Prayers for his soul and his family. Gone too soon.”
