Sushant Singh Rajput’s six family member killed in a road accident

Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family members met with a road accident. It happened on Tuesday morning in Bihar’s Lakhisarai district. As per various media reports, the vehicle they were traveling in collided with a truck on National Highway number 333. The time of the accident is around 6:10 am and the exact location is Sheikhpura-Sikandra road in Pipra village of Lakhisarai district.

Further, the reports state that the SUV rammed into the truck and had a head-on collision. The truck driver managed to flee the accident spot. Unfortunately, there were two women in the car who were returning from Patna to their native village of Jamui. As per reports in Hindustan Times, The family members were returning from Patna where they had gone to attend the last rites of Geeta Devi, the sister of senior Haryana police officer OP Singh. OP Singh is the brother-in-law of Sushant Singh Rajput who died on June 14, 2020, in suspicious circumstances.

Talking about the incident, Halsi Circle Officer Vivek Kumar said, “As the SUV is badly mangled due to the intense impact, we are using iron cutters to pull out the bodies. The injured persons have been taken to the Sadar hospital.” Further, Superintendent of Police Sushil Kumar stated that four occupants of the vehicle, who suffered serious injuries, are undergoing treatment at a local hospital. A complaint has been filed and the investigation is under process.
