TCS Bags Europe Top Employer Honour for 14th Year, Also Named Global Top Employer

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been recognised as the Top Employer in Europe for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, extending its record to 14 consecutive years.

Along with the European recognition, TCS has also been certified as a Global Top Employer and received the Enterprise-Wide Top Employer Certification, underscoring its consistent focus on people excellence across geographies.

The Top Employers Institute evaluates organisations through its HR Best Practices Survey, covering six key areas including Work Environment, Learning, Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, and Diversity & Inclusion.

TCS ranked first across Europe overall and secured top positions in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France and Poland. The company was also recognised as a Top Employer in Italy, Spain and Norway.

TCS is executing a large-scale AI talent transformation programme as part of its long-term strategy. As of December 2025, over 217,000 employees globally possess higher-order AI skills, including 12,500 Gen AI–trained associates in Europe.

In October 2025, the company organised the world’s largest AI hackathon, drawing more than 281,000 employees from 58 countries. Women accounted for over 33% of participants, while 38% were Gen Z. The initiative was designed to support the tcsAI programme and accelerate AI adoption across the organisation.
