ISRL Season 3 auction scheduled for November 4 in Pune, 146 riders from 21 countries in pool
The Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) will hold its Season 3 auction in Pune on November 4, with 146 riders from 21 countries registered across four categories. The auction will determine how the seven participating franchises build their squads ahead of the upcoming championship.
The auction will feature riders representing PBG Racing, BigRock Motorsports SX, Honda BB Racing, Gujarat Trailblazers, Indewheelers Motorsports, Reise TorqRacers and Tricolor Motorsports. Teams will combine retained riders with new signings to create competitive line-ups for the season.
The league said the squad-building process would be crucial as franchises assess rider form, category depth and team chemistry following the previous two seasons.
Speaking ahead of the Season 3 auction, Eeshan Lokhande, Co-Founder & Director, Indian Supercross Racing League, said, “The riders coming to India are proven competitors across the globe, and franchises are reading form, class depth and team chemistry the way established global teams do. While there is no fixed formula for it, we have seen over the past two seasons, how squad-building is a crucial part of the sport itself. With 146 riders from 21 countries in the pool, a seventh franchise and the new Indian Futures category, Season 3’s auction will reward the sharpest strategists, and fans will see that play out on track from the very first gate drop.”
The four categories for Season 3 are 450cc International, 250cc International, 250cc India Asia Mix and Indian Futures – 250cc Group ‘A’ Foreign Bikes Only.
The league has registered 30 Indian riders across the Indian Futures and 250cc India Asia Mix categories. The new Indian Futures category is intended to provide emerging Indian riders with a platform to compete at the international level.
Season 3 will begin on December 19–20, 2026, followed by rounds scheduled for January 23–24, 2027, and February 6–7, 2027.
