Mahindra Lifespaces unveils new residential phase at Pimpri-Chinchwad project
Mahindra Lifespaces has launched ‘Codename Sanctum’, a new residential phase within its Mahindra Citadel development in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, offering a limited inventory of premium 2 and 3 BHK residences.
The new phase, comprising Towers E, F and G, is part of the larger Mahindra Citadel township spread across nearly 9.66 acres with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹2,500 crore. The newly launched phase alone is expected to contribute approximately ₹800-850 crore in GDV.

Located along the Old Mumbai–Pune Highway, the development enjoys direct metro connectivity through the adjoining metro station, enhancing accessibility to major transit corridors across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The company stated that the homes have been designed to offer enhanced natural light, ventilation and spacious layouts. The residences also include terrace-style decks overlooking the Military Farms, adding to the project’s open-space appeal.
Codename Sanctum will feature over 30 lifestyle amenities, including a half Olympic-size swimming pool, two badminton courts and an indoor community hall, aimed at promoting wellness and community living.
