“My mother’s dream of seeing me in Naagin has come true”, says Urvashi Dholakia

Naagin 6, which went on-air from February 12 with a new star cast, has well-known TV actress Urvashi Dholakia getting back to fiction after a hiatus. The actress made her in a fiction TV show after 4 years, post Chandrakanta – Ek Mayavi Prem Katha. Urvashi is seen playing a suave, rich lady and a doting mother to her daughters. Nonetheless, her role is being kept under the wraps and Urvashi also is being tight-lipped about it. She says, “You’ll have to see the show to know more.”

And while Urvashi’s fans are anxious to see her back on screen, it is her mom who is the most excited. Urvashi uncovers, “My family is always happy when I am working. My boys are always happy for their mother. But my mother is super excited. She told me – ‘I have always wondered why Ekta didn’t take you in Naagin?’ So I told her that now her dream has come true,” the actress said.

“There is a perfect time for everything to happen. In my case, the writers and the producers, and the team had to figure out what characterization would suit me best. It took some time for them to create a role suited best for me, but now I am back to working with Balaji,” Urvashi concluded.
