With less than a month to go in the NBA Regular Season, the NBA Playoff picture is starting to take shape. The NBA Playoffs will begin in a month from now and there are going to be some heavyweight battles in the Eastern Conference. The Western Conference isn’t what it used to be.
The NBA lines are out for the 2022 NBA Title. The Milwaukee Bucks are the defending 2020-2021 NBA Champions and they will look to go back-to-back. Which teams have great odds to potentially win it this season in the NBA?
Phoenix Suns +400
The Phoenix Suns have the best record in the NBA so far this season at 53-14. Phoenix was in the NBA Finals last year and they lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in six games after blowing a 2-0 series lead. The Suns have great chemistry this year. Even though Chris Paul is out due to injury right now, he will be back for the playoffs and he is one of the most important leaders on this basketball team.
Devin Booker is one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. Monty Williams is probably going to win the Coach of the Year Award in the NBA. This could finally be the year that the Phoenix Suns win an NBA Title. It is very possible no team in the Western Conference can beat Phoenix four times out of seven in any playoff series.
Brooklyn Nets +450
The fact that the Brooklyn Nets still have odds this high is still a head-scratcheer. They are currently in the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 35-33 record so far this season. Brooklyn would be in the play-in round against the Toronto Raptors right now. The Nets are going to have no walk-in the park in the playoffs.
Yes, they have Kevin Durant, but there are so many other question marks about this basketball team. Ben Simmons is not even healthy right now and will he be able to play at all due to the back injury since being traded from the Philadelphia 76ers? Time will tell and also Kyrie Irving is only going to be playing games on the road until further notice. Chemistry won’t be on par with this basketball team.
Golden State Warriors +500
The Golden State Warriors are currently the number three seed in the Western Conference with a 46-22 record so far this season. Golden State was off to a hot start this season. However no matter how good Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are, Draymond Green is probably the most important player on this basketball team because of his IQ.
They are the only team that can knock off the Phoenix Suns in a seven-game series but bet on the Golden State Warriors at your own risk. They have a potential second-round match-up with the Memphis Grizzlies and that is a bad match-up for them.
Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers +650
The Milwaukee Bucks are currently the number three seed in the Eastern Conference with a 42-26 record so far this season. Milwaukee is the reigning defending NBA Champions. They are nearly unbeatable when Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday play together.
Brook Lopez is returning from injury for the Bucks and it should be a big help for them big time. Milwaukee is going to be hard to beat in the playoffs.
The Philadelphia 76ers are currently the number two seed with a 41-25 record so far this season. Philadelphia has one of the most dominant players in the NBA in Joel Embiid. One of the big questions will be can James Harden finally win an NBA Championship or will he disappear?
The 76ers are in it to win it. Philadelphia has had championship aspirations for the last several years now and they have fallen short. They still don’t forget that they should not have lost to the Atlanta Hawks in the second-round of the NBA Playoffs.
