Don’t rule him out yet: Sourav Ganguly on this Indian pacer
Indian cricket team is currently playing a three-match T20Is against South Africa. After this series, Indian squad will be heading to Australia for the T20 World Cup. The squad which was announced earlier by BCCI for the upcoming T20 World Cup will have some players missing. Jasprit Bumrah who got a back injury will be reportedly missing the World Cup.
But the former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly who is also the president of BOard of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given a positive updates regarding Bumrah’s injury. Ganguly said that the fans should not come to a conclusion so early, there is still time. Jasprit Bumrah is under inspection and BCCI is trying hard to get him back for the World Cup. BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has clearly mentioned in his latest interview that do not rule Jasprit Bumrah out from the World Cup and he is not officially out of the tournament.
“Bumrah is not out of the World Cup yet. We’ve got fingers crossed. Don’t rule him out yet, there’s still time,” said Sourav Ganguly on Bumrah’s injury and rumour of his absence from the World Cup squad via Xtra Time Digital Channel.
