Chelsea move into the top four with a win over Wolves

Chelsea FC defeated Wolves on Saturday, 8th October at Stamford Bridge by 3-0. This was a dominating performance from the Blues throughout the game. Chelsea got a pretty much high confidence after their huge win against AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League mid-week.

Chelsea started their goal story just before the half-time when Kai Havertz scored a wonderful goal to help Chelsea lead by 1-0. The second half performance was more convincing for Graham Potter’s (Chelsea FC manager) men. In the 54th minute, Christian Pulisic scored the second goal for Chelsea. It was a great gameplay from the American with Mason Mount to finish it from a tight-angle.

The American (Christian Pulisic) was given chance by Gareth Southgate as Tuchel didn’t use him much when he was at Chelsea. The third goal from Chelsea came from the substitute named Armando Broja. This was Broja’s first goal for Chelsea FC after making some appearances this season.

Armando Broja was the player who was wanted by Southampton FC this summer but the club didn’t let him go and also the player wanted to stay at the club. The win over Wolves by 3-0 took Chelsea into the top 4 of the Premier League.
