Cristiano Ronaldo scores his 700th club goal to edge Man United nearer top 4

English Premier League matchday 10 was very thrilling despite there is one game remaining. The Red Devils i.e. Manchester United were up against Frank Lampard’s Everton on Sunday night, 9th October at Goodison Park (Everton’s home ground). Manchester United played well and defeated Everton in this game. The win wasn’t much convincing but three points is all that matters to them now.

It was the home side (Everton FC) who lead first in the game when a mistake was made by Casemiro in the midfield. Alex Iwobi got the ball and waited to get the curling shot which beat the goalkeeper named David de Gea by far. This was a wonderful goal to start with.

Manchester United didn’t take much time to equalise as Brazilian winger Antony scored again in the game to make it 1-1 in the 15th minute. Antony becomes the first United player to score in first three games in the Premier League. After Martial went out due to injury, Ronaldo replaced him. Ronaldo on his 7th touch of the game scored his 700th club goal. An amazing pass from his Real Madrid teammate Casemiro and he didn’t do any mistake in finishing the ball into the net.

This 700th club goal from Cristiano Ronaldo which came in 44th minute was the winner and thus they take all the three points from this game.
