Former New Zealand cricketer Corey Anderson praises this Indian batter

Indian cricket team has already in Australia ahead of one of the biggest tournaments i.e. T20 World Cup. The team India have also started training in Australia as they went with an intention of winning the trophy just like some other teams. Ahead of the tournament, former New Zealand all-rounder named Corey Anderson heaped praise on Indian skipper Rohit Sharma.
Rohit Sharma will be the captain of the Indian side in Australia for the T20 World Cup. Corey Anderson loves Rohit Sharma’s batting style and he feels the Indian opening batter is effortless. The former New Zealand cricketer also feels Rohit more over depends on timing and thus made his every shot look so easy whenever he is batting.
However It is not been a great year for Rohit Sharma, the batter so far as he hasn’t scored much runs this year. His captaincy was pinpoint but as a batter Indian fans is expecting a lot from him in the World Cup.
“When he is in full flight, he’s one of the best players to watch. Um, he makes it just look effortless and he makes batting look very, very easy. I think he probably needs to look within himself and, and do what he needs to do,” said Corey Anderson on Rohit Sharma via News18.
