I enjoyed batting with Virat bhai a lot: Suryakumar Yadav

On Wednesday, 1st September Indian cricket team played against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup 2022. The match was played at Dubai International cricket stadium, Dubai. This was India’s second game in the tournament after they beat Pakistan cricket team in the first game by 5 wickets.

Indian team played very well in the first game and they continued their good performance in the second game as well which was against Hong Kong. Despite losing toss, India batted well in the first innings as they scored 192 runs in it. India lost two wickets as Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav remained at the crease until the end. Suryakumar Yadav scored an emphatic half-century in the game and it was very quick.

SKY (Suryakumar Yadav) scored 68* runs in just 26 balls, hitting 6 boundaries and 6 sixes in the game. Suryakumar batted with Virat Kohli and said he loved doing that. Virat showed an amazing gesture and bowed to Suryakumar Yadav while he was hitting sixes all over the ground.

“It was a heartwarming gesture by Virat Kohli because I’ve never seen it. I saw him not moving ahead (walking out of the field at the end of the innings) and said to him ‘let’s move ahead together,” said Suryakumar Yadav on Virat Kohli as reported by TOI.
