JSW Infrastructure Q4 EBITDA Jumps 20% To ₹769 Crore, FY26 Revenue Crosses ₹5,300 Crore
JSW Infrastructure reported a 20% year-on-year rise in operating EBITDA at ₹769 crore for the fourth quarter of FY2026, while adjusted profit after tax increased 15% to ₹528 crore. Revenue from operations during the quarter grew 19% to ₹1,522 crore.
The company handled cargo volumes of 31.6 million tonnes during the quarter, marginally higher than the previous year. Growth was driven by strong performance at South West Port, Dharamtar Port and Jaigarh Port, along with contributions from interim operations at Tuticorin Terminal and the JNPA Liquid Terminal.
For the full financial year FY2026, JSW Infrastructure posted revenue from operations of ₹5,361 crore, up 20% year-on-year, while operating EBITDA rose 15% to ₹2,604 crore. Adjusted PAT stood at ₹1,644 crore, registering a 12% increase over the previous year.
The company’s board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.90 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

The company has guided for consolidated operating revenue of ₹6,850 crore and operating EBITDA of ₹3,000 crore in FY2027.
