Liverpool drop points in the Merseyside derby

Liverpool FC were up against Everton in the Premier League matchday 6 of 2022/23 season. The disappointing start from Liverpool FC has continued in the sixth matchweek as well. Jurgen Klopp’s men again dropped points in the Premier League as they drew against Everton FC on Saturday, 3rd September.

The Merseyside derby didn’t go as it was expected and used to be earlier. Liverpool FC tried hard to earn all three points from this game but couldn’t find the net. All the credits goes to Everton’s goalkeeper Jordan Pickford who made some amazing saves to keep Liverpool away from goals. In the first half, Liverpool FC took more than 5 shots which were saved by the English goalkeeper Jordan Pickford. He also made some great saves in the second half to help Everton earn a single point from this game.

Jurgen Klopp wasn’t happy after seeing his team’s performance in this game. Liverpool won their last two games, one was against Bournemouth which was an emphatic 9-0 victory but the second one was against Newcastle United where they won by 2-1. After drawing their first two games and losing to Manchester United, Liverpool FC has dropped points again in the Merseyside derby.
