Manchester City come back from behind to snatch a thrilling win

English Premier League side Manchester City has beaten Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League second matchweek fixtures on Wednesday night. It was a thrilling game as Manchester City earned all the three points in the end. Pep Guardiola’s men were brutal in the second half and thus this helped them to get two goals in quick succession.

In the first half, neither of them scored a goal but had some wonderful chances to find the net. All the goals scored in this game came in the second half. City did have the advantage as they had the majority of the possession as well as the shots on opposition’s goal.

In the second half, Borussia Dortmund scored against the run of play. It was their star midfielder Jude Bellingham who scored in the 56th minute to give the lead to the visitors. Manchester City kept creating chances after that goal from Dortmund. They finally found the equaliser when the central-defender John Stones scored an amazing goal in the 80th minute.

This wasn’t enough as Erling Haaland with his emphatic finish scored the another just four minutes later to win it for Manchester City.
