Indian cricket team opening batter KL Rahul opened up about so many things related to his batting ahead of the first T20I against Australia. Indian cricket team will face Australia in the first T20I on Tuesday, 20th September in Mohali. The players were seen practicing on Monday after photos were shared by the official account of Indian cricket team.
Ahead of the game, KL Rahul talked about his batting and also what he has been working on after his surgery. Indian opener KL Rahul says he is working on the strike rate. The opener feels no one in the team is perfect and everyone is trying to improve on lot of things.
“It is something that every player works towards (strike-rate). No one is perfect. Everyone is working towards something. You never see that a batter has played at a certain strike rate (throughout). Whether it was important for him to play at a strike rate of 200 or whether the team could have still won with the batter playing at 100 or 120,” said KL Rahul ahead of the series opener against Australia as reported by ESPNcricinfo.com.
