TVS Motor strengthens board with induction of tech entrepreneur Ravindran Shanmugam

TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director on its board for five consecutive years from May 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

The induction comes as the company sharpens its focus on future mobility, digital ecosystems and AI-led transformation. Shanmugam currently serves as Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mablle, a Singapore-headquartered AI-enabled interior design and renovation platform.

With prior experience at McKinsey & Company, where he advised businesses on strategy and growth, Shanmugam is expected to bring expertise in innovation, platform businesses and strategic governance to the boardroom.
