Milky Mist Dairy Food Launches ₹15.53 Billion IPO; Anchor Book Opens August 10

Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering will open for subscription on August 11, 2026, after the anchor investor bidding process on August 10.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹133 to ₹140 per equity share, with bids accepted in lots of 107 shares.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth ₹14,280 million and an Offer for Sale worth ₹1,250 million, taking the total offer size to ₹15,530 million.

Eligible employees applying under the reserved category will receive a discount of ₹13 per equity share.

The proceeds from the issue and offer structure are detailed in the Red Herring Prospectus. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE, with NSE serving as the designated stock exchange.
